New York, NY (July 19, 2005) Central Park Media is pleased to announce that Patlabor The Mobile Police: The Original Series DVD Collection will be re-released this September for only $29.95. This is the show that launched the Patlabor franchise and is currently shown on Comcast’s Anime Selects VOD Channel and AZN TV. Directed by Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the Shell, Urusei Yatsura, Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade), this two-disc set is value-priced at $29.95, the same as the cost of one DVD!

The DVD collection will have audio tracks in both English and Japanese with English subtitles, a pre-order date of August 23, 2005, and a street date of September 20, 2005.
