It’s that time again. The days of killer remakes, reboots, and something new to keep us frightened at night are upon us even as ticket prices continue to rise. Batting for Capcom is 20th Century Fox’s attempt to reboot the series for one of the world’s two best campy drinking game movies ever made. (The other is, naturally, DOA: Dead or Alive. Never watch this sober. That’s tea, for you kids.) Smallville‘s Kristin Kreuk has given up Lana Lang in order to flex some muscle as Chun Li with her first big stop at a press event in Japan. The 5′ 4″ actress managed to fend off the male Chun Li cosplayer, but it’s the box office that will get the final word when the movie hits US theaters on Feb. 27th.
