“Voice Actors provide a critical component to animation and many other aspects of the entertainment business. We’re very excited to offer this specialized workshop designed to give aspiring actors valuable tools and insights as they pursue this profession,†says Eric P. Sherman, President of Bang Zoom! Entertainment. “We’ve held several more generalized voice acting workshops at major conventions this past summer including Anime Expo and the San Diego Comic-Con, and we look forward to presenting our latest one at the 2008 New York Anime Festival. But the overwhelming enthusiasm and desire for an even more hands-on experience on how the voice acting process works also inspired us to develop this intensive 8-hour session at a working recording studio in New York City. As animation becomes a more cross-cultural and international industry new opportunities for talented voice actors are continually emerging.â€
