Localized Titles from Japanese Indie Developers ASTRO PORT and Project Windom Available on Direct2Drive
Indie games are getting more attention than ever before, and now we have new comers – from Japan! Indie games studios ASTRO PORT and Project Windom will be the first Japanese studios to release 100% localized indie games this month exclusively on Direct2Drive (http://www.direct2drive.com), IGN Entertainment’s digital download store.
ASTRO PORT titles include 2D side scroll shooting PC games Supercharged Robot Vulkaiser, Armed Seven and Witch-bot Meglilo; and Project Windom will release an all-English version of its hit 3D first person shooter PC game Ultimate Knight Windom XP.
ASTRO PORT’s Supercharged Robot Vulkaiser will be available beginning today, followed by additional titles later this month. Published by indie games CuriousFactory, the games will be available for download exclusively on Direct2Drive at the time of their release.
