In a press release on his appearance at Anime Boston 2005, David Kaye confirms that he is returning as the voice of Decepticon leader Megatron in Transformers: Cybertron. Also known as Transformers: Galaxy Force, the show is currently airing on Japanese TV, and will be premiering on Cartoon Network later this year.

Ain’t It Cool News premiered the US trailer for the upcoming Studio Ghibli film Howl’s Moving Castle online with multiple versions in Quicktime, Real Player, and Windows Media format. Bob Bergen, the current voice of Porky Pig and the title character in Streamline Pictures‘ Lupin III dubs, is offering anyone interested in voice acting a chance to join him on a 3 day cruise from Ensenada, Mexico, where he will perform his one man comedy show and hold voice over workshops.
The cruise will start in Los Angeles on Friday, February 10th, 2006, aboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ “Monarch of the Seas”. Prices start at $256.35 for the cruise plus $200.00 for the seminar per person.

Ain’t It Cool News sat down with the heads of Production I.G. to discuss their latest project which is a joint effort with American companies: a new IGPX (Immortal Grand Prix) 26 episode TV series. Of casting intrest, Mr. Ishikawa mentions some big name Hollywood stars who could be lending their voice to characters in the series.
“I believe the Cartoon Network team and Bandai Entertainment have received confirmation from Haley Joel Osment from the Sixth Sense, Michelle Rodriguez from Biohazard [note: Resident Evil outside of Japan] and The Fast and the Furious, Tom Kenny the voice of Sponge Bob, Joseph Hahn from Linkin Park, and an invitation has also been sent to Quentin to lend his voice.”
